Postnatal yoga / Yoga for Mom & Baby -- in English
Six Fridays for 750 DKK.
No drop-ins. Sign-up for full course only.

In these yoga classes you will:
- Practice position to stabilize and strengthen the back, arms, legs and buttock
- Strengthen pelvic floor muscles
- Release tension in shoulders and neck muscles
- Decrease stress and relax the whole body
- Rejuvenate the mind and increases energy
- Build patience and inner-calm
- Learn how to give your baby a delightful and healthy massage
- Create a safe environment to bond with baby
Your baby can play in the middle with other babies or lay just close to you. During the class we will have some exercise that involve the baby.
You are welcome with the baby minimum 3 weeks old.

Tuesday courses 11:30 start: 8/1, 26/2, 9/4, 28/5 and later in 2019
