Our minds are a powerful processing tool, but in a busy everyday life, it can be difficult for us to process even the most powerful, the most necessary of emotions.
In this workshop, through resting in stillness in comfortable positions, we will explore freeing our mind. We will start allowing our mind and body the space to process and digest, allow what has to be expressed to start unravelling.
If you know what restorative yoga is, this is a good place to pause your life, and check your internal inventory. If you have never done it before, this is a good start for our system to become conditioned, and get a taste of this wonderful, transformational practice.
The poses, the physical aspect of restorative yoga is small, anyone can do it. But the benefit and the ripple effect will make it life changing.
This workshop is suitable for all levels.
