Prānāyāma 101, experience and facilitation

Try an experience with the different techniques of Prānāyāma (breath regulation) and discover the basic theory concepts of the Prānāyāma practice.

"Whenever breathing remains in the body, one is alive. The departure of the body's breathing occurs at the time of death. Therefore we must regulate our breathing."

It is an experience, come with an open mind.
Everyone with interest in Prānāyāma (breath regulation) can participate. Previous knowledge or experience with Prānāyāma or Yoga is not required to participate.

This workshop is base on the following Prānāyāma techniques:

1. śitalī
2. ujjayī
3. anuloma ujjayī
4. viloma ujjayī
5. candra bhedana
6. surya bhedana
7. nadhi śodhana
8. pratiloma ujjayī

Covid-19 særlige forhold:
Mød kun op hvis du er rask. Medbring egen Yogamåtte. (Mundbind og Coronapas IKKE længere påbudt).
Læreren vil forklare hvad du ellers skal vide. Vi passer fortsat godt på hinanden.
Mødetid:
Venligst senest 10 minutter før start. Læreren låser døren op 10-15 minutter før.

Husk at tage vare på dine værdigenstande og tag dem med ind i lokalet. Yogastudiet er ikke ansvarlig for mistede genstande.

Eget ansvar:
Du deltager i arrangementerne helt på eget ansvar. Det er dit ansvar at informere læreren om skader, graviditet eller relevante helbredsmæssige forhold inden arrangementet starter.
