The focus in prenatal yoga is on helping you feel comfortable, relaxed and fit during pregnancy.
The exercises are designed to increase stamina as well as building strength, flexibility, balance and promote relaxation.
The emphasis on proper technique and deep breathing improves focus and concentration, which can help ease labor and delivery.
The gentle stretches help reduce fatigue, tension and tightness, while promoting improved circulation.
You can start from 14 weeks.
The classes are taught in English, but Danish speaking women are also very welcome, and Maria will translate into Danish if needed.
All levels.
